Gas and Diesel Engine cylinder wall honing
With those intervalls as in the manuals, I wonder if the car manufatorys don't want youre engine to last to long !?? 🤔
If the company stands behind their products and they don't make it right then please put them on blast
They should pay your shop to rebuild the whole motor if they don't then yes I would expose who they are
I would definately expose them or give them a chance to make it right. People have a right to know. Money is precious these days. I can't afford an f up!
Only if they don’t cover the costs
YES. they'll never learn if you don't call them out.
Makes me think I don't want a diesel
I can bet that K&N filter ruined that engine. Dusted it, & destroyed the cylinder walls.
Yes! You absolutely expose them if they don’t make it right.
Agreed.
Show it ,you fix it, and the owner gets reimbursed on the repairs
Must be nice to have a rich daddy
If they don't make it right I'd leave it up the customer to expose the company if ypu do that I feel other companies that you work with possibly won't want to work with you afterwards and possibly you may have a company who might come across one of your jobs and Sabotage job you did for somebody I think that would be walking on thin ice Exposing companies for not making things right or possibly other damages I would let the customer do that if they wish to
A lot of dodge pickups on these vids avoid buying new or used I’m guessing
I hope y’all recommend to customers to install an S&S CP4 kit so they don’t trash 12k of injection components for zero reason when they can last the life of the engine. Just not the CP4.
No warranty for the original company? How many times they do a poor quality repair?
Reason why manufacture also having lots of recalls all of the sudden
Expose them either way. They did the work.
If they don't stand behind the work then it needs to be known so others don't get screwed
Yes do the build it just shows how good that 73 was
I'm sure they will make it rite. But if not I say it probably in everyone's best interest to know who they are so we don't get taken advantage of 😊
Geez! I'd kill to have a mid 90's F series in that good of condition!
I had a 2016 Tahoe with an AC issue. It was out of warranty and the dealer couldn’t fix it. I spent hours with dye, tearing my car apart. Eventually ordered a condenser before getting into that. Wound up being the condenser plus the aft zone lines.
Same s*** in Sweden
Thats pretty cool
Oh yeah if they do the customer wrong (which would be charging them any amount of money to fix their mistake or anything caused by the mistake) then expose them we need bad shops to go down so better ones can come up
Congratulations 🎉
Only used Ford truck transmissions... theyre all broken
Climate crisis is the biggest hoax of this century! A bunch of Morons can’t read the Data. Co2 is the gas of life! It’s not a problem! If you doubled the amount of Co2 in the atmosphere we would be better off. The Co2 levels used to be 0.7% and now it’s 0.04 % and people are responsible for .11% of the .04% gimme a break! If you cut the Co2 % in half all of the plant life would start to die and so would the people!!! Plant more trees!! I planted 26,000 on my property!
Harmonic Balancer....my noise started after a motor mount upgrade...
I like how that the cam is installed vertically.... Best practice. 👍
A new motor would not be much more money than all the work done on this engine.
If they don't make it right then yes people need to know they don't stand behind their work and are in general not to be trusted.. a good company like you guys would fix it no problem I'm sure of it.. no questions asked..
both options
Yes
Try adding dipitane to you fuel.
record your teardown as evidence in future.
I would only mention who done it if they won’t make it right and admit they messed up everyone messes up once in a awhile it’s the good guys that admit it and try and make it right
Instead of saying that it smells like 'fuel' in the first statement, he should have said 'gasoline'.
Woah yikes. A supercharger would be cool. Id try to take time to watch
Thats way too accurate, from the wording, speech pattern, and the walk😂
If they don't make it right expose them
Señor Dave, Question, How often do you recommend the coolant flush ??? When more convenient to you. Thank you in advance
Absolutely
Junk.
Absolutely
New engine.
The thing we must understand using a oiled filter in the intake box IS the Mass Airflow Sensor sniffing that oil and gumming up that sensor leads to a bunch of misinformation to the engine such as air fuel mix hand in hand ! New cars are not the old hotrods we grew up with. Don't Do That 😅
SUPERCHARGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, because they want and need more reliable engines. Hence, they don't want to deal with emissions crap. I can live with it.
